'Make-up' classes must be done within a week of the missed class in a class of similar level.
Some exceptions do apply.
Please let us know by e-mail as soon as possible if you will miss class or can make-up.
Note: Students should not be missing and making up classes on a regular basis. Make-up classes are available because we understand that dancers do get sick and may have to miss. We allow students to make-up so that they may continue practice on technique and footwork.
There is no obligation to make-up a missed class.
No Make-up Classes in May.
Students in Advanced Irish can make up in Adult Irish Classes or Intermediate Classes.

Inclement Weather
Please check our website in case of bad weather - a message will be put on the HOME page an hour before the class of that day.
There is now a Facebook Page set up for the Studio. Information will also be posted there.
In case of Closure due to inclement weather, I will try to send out a courtesy e-mail.
As a last resort: call 540-660-4418.
Missed Classes
Please let the studio know if a student is going to miss class 2 weeks in a row or more. If a student misses three consecutive weeks of classes without the courtesy of a phone call or email letting us know that the student will be back to attend classes, then the student will be removed from the roster.

The new cost of costumes per student per class will range between $25.00 to $40.00.

A Used Costume Sale takes place in February.
New Costume fees are due in April.
Tickets for the recital will go on sale May 1st.
